About me

My name is Aleksandra Dickinson

Most of you know me as Ally- our wellness coach and midlife bestie who mastered how to leverage foundational health and sprinkle bio-hacks along the way to help women thrive in perimenopause and beyond.

I struggled with my thyroid health for years in my 30's. I was dismissed by doctors, I was told I was in early perimenopause- at age 32, told I need to eat less and excessive more- I've heard all the things. But it wasn't until I was introduced to  the root cause medicine, when I was able to, dare I say, heal my thyroid, balance my hormones and address autoimmunity by optimizing my nutrition, detoxing my body and replenishing what was missing.  

Today I teach women how to support their body instead of working against it, how to address hormones using my bottom- up approach, how to revive their metabolism after years of dieting, restricting and pushing past its limits.
