Emilia Braun

After years in corporate America, Emilia found herself depleted both physically and mentally. She knew it was time for a drastic change.

Through functional lab testing, lifestyle changes, supplementation and nutrition, she found answers that conventional care had failed to provide her.

It’s now become her passion to share her knowledge and success to empower other women to take their health back into their own hands & cultivate health and wellness that is sustainable & long-lasting. Emilia supports our midlife clients with her extensive Dutch test training.

Ashley Jones

Ashley is our in-house baker. Just kidding, although she does bake the most delicious sourdough bread ou there.

After struggling with gut issues caused by H. pylori and managing gestational diabetes despite eating clean, Ashley realized the missing link in her health: understanding her body’s unique needs. Through functional nutrition, lab testing, and targeted strategies, she healed her gut and gained control over her blood sugar for good. She began her practitioner journey in 2022 and we are proud to be part of it.

As a former elementary school teacher with a love for health and wellness, Alexa gets to support our clients throughout the entire process.
